DAY 1 - Delhi-Manali (Overnight Journey)

- Arrival: Arrive in Delhi by air or train. - Evening Assembly: Proceed on your own to R.K. Ashram Metro Station/Kashmiri Gate, by 5:00 PM. - Overnight Travel: Board the Volvo coach for your overnight journey, beginning your memorable tour.

DAY 2 - ARRIVAL IN MANALI & LOCAL CITY TOUR

- Morning: Arrive in Manali (6:00–7:00 AM), meet representative, transfer to hotel, freshen up. - Half-Day City Tour: - Hadimba Devi Temple – historic wooden temple amidst deodar forests. - Vashisht – hot sulphur springs & temples of Vashisht Muni and Lord Rama. - Tibetan Monastery – Gompa with Tibetan handicrafts & carpets. - Club House – recreation hub with indoor games & activities. - Evening: Explore Mall Road & IBEX Market for shopping and local experiences. - Dinner & Stay: Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

DAY 3 - Day 03: - MANALI (FULL DAY TRIP TO SOLANG VALLEY)

- Start the day with breakfast at the hotel, fueling up for an exciting adventure ahead. - Excursion to Solang Valley & Rohtang Pass — marvel at the breathtaking landscapes and snow-clad peaks. - Experience year-round snow that creates a magical, fairy-tale atmosphere. - Enjoy serene surroundings with pristine lakes and untouched natural beauty. - Return to the hotel in time for a delicious dinner. - Overnight stay at the hotel, resting after a day of exploration.

DAY 4 - MANALI – KULLU & MANIKARAN SIGHTSEEING

- Morning: Enjoy a wholesome breakfast at the hotel. - Excursion: Visit Kullu and explore: - Manikaran Gurudwara - Vishnu Temple - Famous Hot Water Spring - Sightseeing: Spend the day soaking in the spiritual and natural beauty of the region. - Evening: Return to the hotel and relish a delicious dinner. - Overnight Stay: Relax and unwind at your Manali hotel.

DAY 5 - MANALI – DELHI DEPARTURE

- Morning: Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel. - Check-out: Complete check-out formalities in the morning. - Sightseeing & Shopping: Visit the vibrant Mall Road Market for local shopping and exploration. - Evening Departure: Reach the Manali Volvo Point by 4:30 PM to board your bus to Delhi. - Overnight Journey: Travel overnight to Delhi, relaxing on your Volvo coach.

DAY 6 - ARRIVAL AT DELHI

- Arrive in Delhi. - Manali tour concludes amidst the Himalayas. - Carry cherished memories of this paradise.

Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings must be made through our authorized representatives or website.
1.2. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
1.3. The balance payment must be made 15 days prior to the departure date.
1.4. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

  2. Travel Insurance
  3. Entry fees to Monuments & Places.
  4. Portage At Hotels & Airports, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, liquors, wine, Etc.
  5. All Items of personal Nature.
  6. Any cost arrising due to Natural calamities like landslides, Roadblocks,etc.
  7. Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to and Increase in surface transport

Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
3.2. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than [45] days before departure: 10% of total cost

  • 30–44 days before departure: 25% of total cost

  • Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)
    3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days after written cancellation.

7.1. The company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers.
7.2. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions).
