Cancellation And Refunds
- 3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).

30–44 days before departure: 25% of total cost
Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)
- 3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days after written cancellation.
