Payment Policy

  • Package confirmation is subject to advance payment and availability.
  • Balance payment must be completed before travel date or as per company policy.
  • Rates may change until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation And Refunds

  • 3.1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  • 3.2. The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 45 days before departure: 10% of total cost
30–44 days before departure: 25% of total cost
Less than [30] days before departure: 100% (no refund)
  • 3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days after written cancellation.

  • Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
